​Professional Background

Prior to joining West Hawk Commercial, Kim began his real estate career in 1981 in the Silicon Valley as one of the original agents for Blickman Turkus Commercial, known today as BT Commercial. It was there that Kim developed his highly specialized representation services and built his career over the next 15 years. With his success in the Silicon Valley solidified, Kim was tapped to open and manage a new Sacramento satellite office for Hudson Jones Commercial. In 2002, Kim joined Cornish and Carey Commercial where he continued providing his expertise in identifying his client’s needs and negotiating the most favorable real estate solutions. Kim is a valued member of the West Hawk family where he provides top level tenant/buyer commercial real estate expertise. Kim specializes in office, medical, and light industrial sales and leasing. Kim’s extensive market knowledge and continued ability to find and create value for investors, owner users and Tenant’s is what fuels his client loyalty today. 

Kim's expansive educational background includes Bakersfield Jr College, UC Riverside & San Jose State Universities. He has resided in Granite Bay, California for the last 20 years along with his wife and two daughters.
