Professional Background
Prior to joining West Hawk Commercial, David began his real estate career in 2003 with Daum Commercial Real Estate and later Colliers International in Newport Beach California as Vice President specializing in tenant representation and landlord representation throughout Orange County.David provides value added services to each assignment he works on by demonstrating a strong work ethic and professionalism. His philosophy of taking a consultative approach to commercial real estate ensures that his clients are well informed to make the right business decisions.
In 2018, David joined Ethan Conrad Properties where he was responsible for leasing an office and industrial portfolio of over 1.25 million square feet throughout the greater Sacramento market.
Services included market research and expertise; transaction management; lease negotiation, documentation and review; and financial modeling and analysis.
Notable clients include: Applied Signal Technology (Raytheon Company), Dynamics Technology, California Newspaper Partnership, Intercoast Colleges, Random House Publishing, and Trader Publishing.

He resides with his wife, and three children in Granite Bay.

David earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
